We build incentives. Then tell you to use’em less.

Sounds backwards, right? But that's kind of the point. If you’ve ever tried launching a promo or loyalty program, you know the deal. Slow rollouts, generic rewards, tools that look fancy but need five tickets to do anything useful.

We didn’t build Voucherify so you could run more incentives. We built it so you could run the right ones.

The right offer, at the right time, for the right person, whether that’s a shopper or an AI agent doing the shopping for them.

And when they’re not working? Kill ’em fast, try something else, and keep going.

That’s what Voucherify does. And honestly, if we do our job right, you’ll run fewer campaigns. They’ll just work better.

Voucherify lore (optional but heartwarming!)

We started out as three college friends building custom ecommerce tools for clients (not in a garage though!). It was fun, chaotic, and mostly us learning by shipping. Eventually, we got tired of rebuilding the same promo features over and over, so we turned it into a product.

That became Voucherify. Profitable from day one, because we were already solving real problems for real teams.

We’ve skipped the VC track. Still founder-led, still independent. A few of the original crew now own a piece too. The result? Low churn all around: <5% team turnover, 97% enterprise customer retention.

We’re based in Poland, but we’ve been remote since before it was cool, now spread across Europe and the US, working async and avoiding Zoom fatigue.

How are we different?

We’re tired of the RFP beauty pageants: flashy slides, big promises, and a product that needs months to be adapted to what you actually need.

Everyone talks a big game, but no one’s around when your “loyalty platform” turns into yet another clunky earn-and-burn scheme that customers ignore and your staff quietly hates (just scroll Reddit).

Voucherify’s meant to slot into your stack and let you actually experiment with incentive marketing. Launch fast, learn what works, kill what doesn’t, and move on.

We treat you how we’d want to be treated

We’re building the kind of company we’d actually want to buy from.

  • No lock-ins – start small, grow if it makes sense.
  • No auto-renew gotchas – you’ll know when the bill’s coming.
  • No “talk to sales to get started.” – just use it.
  • No weird pricing games – what’s in your order form is what you’ll pay.
  • No outsourced support – the folks answering your questions also write the code.

We don’t play growth-at-all-costs. We’re fully independent and haven’t had layoffs because we don’t gamble with people’s jobs.

Most loyalty platforms aren’t trying to build great products, they’re trying to grow fast enough to get scooped up by private equity or folded into some bigger suite. You can see it in the market: nearly every “leader” has either been bought, rolled up, or taken public. The endgame is consolidation, not longevity.

We run on usage-based pricing because that’s what actually makes sense. API calls are what cost us, so that’s what we charge for. Everything else, like support or integration help, is there when you need it, since that’s real time from real people on our team.

To our knowledge, we’re the only promo or loyalty vendor doing it this way. And honestly, we’re good with that. Most vendors still run value-based pricing, trying to guess how much budget you’ve got and stretch it to the max.

We’d rather grow with you, not negotiate against you.

Seems like this way of doing things works

We’re now running incentives for 350+ brands, some you’ve definitely heard of. We’ve helped migrate loyalty programs for millions of users, and we’re handling millions of redemptions every day. The stack holds up, even under pressure.

This is our full-time, long-term thing: the product we wish existed when we were building ecommerce systems ourselves – APIs that give devs peace of mind from sprint rushes and prod storms.

If you’re just browsing, great to have you here. And if you’re planning your next big thing in promotions or loyalty, we’d love to hear about it. Shoot us a message and let’s talk about how we can help you build it right.
