1. General provisions
- This Privacy Policy informs you on the privacy practices of Voucherify PSA, Porcelanowa 23, 40-246 Katowice, Poland (“Voucherify”) and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
- Voucherify collects information through its websites on voucherify.io (the “Websites”) in several places. This includes also sub-sites of the Website which you might reach by accessing the websites of one of our “Clients” which might contain a link to the Website or embed the Website into the Client’s own web-page.
- If you use the Websites, you will need to register to use certain features (each registered user a "User"). The registration process requires that you provide us with your first name, last name, email address, and company name ("Registration Data"). The “Personal Data” under this Privacy Policy comprise your Registration Data as well as the internet protocol (IP) addresses of your device, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track User’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use (the “Usage Data”).

- The Personal Data will be handled by Voucherify in strict confidence according to the applicable legal provisions. The Personal Data will only be collected, processed and used for the purpose of providing our Websites functions, unless you expressly consent to other uses. The Personal Data is collected, used and processed electronically. No persons under the age of 18 will be actively marketed to, nor will they be knowingly asked to provide personal information.
- Personal Data of Users may be transferred for processing to (recipients of personal data): Voucherify's accounting firm, the provider of hosting for the Website, the company providing technical support for the Website, the payment provider, the companies providing the CRM systems. The personal data collected by Voucherify may also be disclosed to: competent state authorities upon their request on the basis of relevant provisions of law or other persons and entities—in the cases prescribed in the provisions of law. The entity processing Users’ personal data on the basis of the Transfer Agreement will process Clients’ personal data from the effective date of GDPR through another entity only upon prior consent of Voucherify.
- Please be aware that, where you reach our Website through the website of one of our Clients, we are not the data controller but only our Client’s data processor (“Processor”). For you this means that our Client, not Voucherify is responsible for the data processing. Voucherify will not determine the purposes and means of the processing. This will, instead, be done by the Client. Voucherify will process all data solely on the documented instructions from the Client within the Framework of a so-called “Data Processing Agreement”. Our Data Processing Agreement governs our processing of any information obtained as a result of the customer or service provider relationship. You can read our commitment to customers and service providers, and our fair information practices in the Data Processing Addendum.
2. Our legal basis
- Please be aware that the below legal bases will only be applicable where we process your Personal Data as a so-called “data controller” under the GDPR. Where a Client is using our Services to process your Personal Data on behalf of the Client, please refer exclusively to the Client’s privacy information to learn more about the Client’s legal basis for the processing.
- Our legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data is your consent which you have granted to us by checking the respective checkbox when providing your Registration Data (art. 6 (1). a) GDPR)
- PLEASE BE AWARE: Voucherify will be processing and using the Personal Data for a duration of 2 years from the date of their initial collection. The Personal Data are deleted upon the lapse of the said period, unless their further processing is necessary on the basis of another legal basis.
- You consent to the use of my Personal Data by Voucherify for the purposes of market researches and sending me a newsletter for Voucherify own services and promotions. Any market research will rely solely on aggregated non-identifiable data based on broad demographic information and will not identify you as a person. We will never combine your Personal Data with data collected from third-party sources.
- You can withdraw these consents and opt-out of having information collected by or submitted to Google Analytics, Woopra, Leadfeeder and Help Scout at any time by opting out at support@voucherify.io (contact form).
- We process your Registration Data also to fulfil our contractual relationship with you as a User (Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR)
- In accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR, there are also cases where we are entitled to process your data without your consent because it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (or the interests of third parties). In this respect, the purposes described below, for which we process your data, also represent legitimate interests. This means that we may process the Usage Data necessary to guarantee the security of our IT systems or the operation, functionality or improvement of our Websites without your consent.
- In addition, we are legally obliged to process certain data in individual cases in order to provide information to law enforcement authorities or tax authorities. We are also subject to statutory storage obligations for business letters under commercial and tax law. In this case, the legal basis will be Article 6 (1) lit. c). GDPR
3. Use of personal data
- Voucherify will only transfer or process Personal Data to third parties if this is required for statutory or legal reasons and/or if this is required in order to offer and implement services of Voucherify to you and/or if Voucherify has your explicit consent to do so.
- Voucherify will collect, process and use your Personal Data for the purpose of identifying, delimiting and removing malfunctions and errors to provide User with a great overall experience interacting with Voucherify and when using the Website. Voucherify may also collect, process and use Personal Data that is necessary to uncover any unlawful use of the Voucherify systems and services. In accordance with prevailing legal provisions, Voucherify may provide information to criminal prosecution authorities and courts for prosecution purposes. Apart from this, Voucherify will not pass on your Personal Data without your explicit prior consent. We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

● To protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or. - Personal data of the Website Users will be processed in the form of profiling on the basis of the number of sessions on Users’ pages. This means that we use your Personal Data to provide you with a personalized Website based on your personal preferences and interests, and to provide you with customized offers based on your previous behavior. However, we will never process and analyse your personal data within the framework of this user profile in such a way that this enables us to identify you as a person or leads to an automated decision which is legally valid for you or which similarly significantly affects you.

Please be aware that we do share aggregated, anonymized information with our Clients to provide them with insights on the success of their campaigns conducted through our Services. We will share such information with our Clients exclusively in a non-identifiable aggregated manner.
4. Use of web analytic services
- The following web analytic services are used to improve the user experience of our Websites.

- Voucherify may send you a newsletter with information regarding its services or other promotional material. You may cancel the order at any time and free of charge by using the link in the newsletter or by sending an email at support@voucherify.io (contact form).
- Consent to use of personal data
1. Voucherify PSA, Porcelanowa 23, 40-246 Katowice, Poland will be collecting, processing and using of the personal data, i.e. first name, last name, email address, IP address and company name (“Personal Data”) through 2 years by “Voucherify” period of 2 years and are deleted upon the lapse of the said period, unless their further processing is necessary on the basis of another legal basis.

I can withdraw these consents and opt-out of having information collected by or submitted to Google Analytics, Woopra, Leadfeeder, Help Scout, and Smartlook at any time by opting out at support@voucherify.io (contact form). - Voucherify allows its customers to integrate their uploaded promotions and end user data above into their web and mobile applications. This happens through an application programming interface (API) that delivers data stored on Voucherify's servers into these web and mobile applications.
- The software development kits (SDK) provided by Voucherify are optionally embedded in such applications and solely facilitate developers to request and work with promotions from Voucherify's servers. The APIs and SDKs may be used by Users to collect personal data of end users (e.g. tracking user on customer website or profile information).
- In providing Voucherify’s Service, Voucherify provides tools to permit our customers to collect information about their end users on their site or service, which may include personal information or data about our customers’ end users as well as non-personally identifiable information or data about our customers’ end users, such as actions and activities on the User site, click data, referrer and exit page data, and other behavioral tracking data (all of which we call “Customer Data”). Voucherify's users may link personally identifiable data to the non-personally identifiable tracking data collected by Service. Customer Data is owned and controlled by Voucherify's Users, and any Customer Data that we maintain or process Voucherify considers to be strictly confidential. Voucherify collects and processes Customer Data solely on behalf of our Users, and in accordance with agreements with the applicable Users. Voucherify does not use or disclose Customer Data except as authorized and required by our Users and provided for in our agreements with Voucherify's Users.
- Voucherify logs the originating IP address of an end user to avoid fraudulent use (e.g. denial of service attack).
4.1 Analytics
4.1.1 Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics tools (GA Universal and GA4) provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest, consisting of the creation of statistics and their analysis in order to optimize our websites. Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our website. We emphasize that as part of Google Analytics we do not collect any data that would allow your identification. The information we have access to as part of Google Analytics is, in particular:
- information about the operating system and web browser you use,
- subpages that you browse as part of our website,
- time spent on our website and on its subpages,
- transitions between individual subpages within our website,
- the source from which you go to our website.

4.1.2 Woopra
We use Woopra provided by Woopra Inc. to obtain general usage statistics from our website. It is used primarily to find out how many people visit our pages, how the pages are used, and which articles are read the most. We may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Services through cookies and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit or use our Services; the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Services; access time; and device ID.

4.2 Behavioral marketing
4.2.1 Google Ads
We use the Google Ads advertising program operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA to conduct advertising campaigns, including remarketing. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest, consisting of marketing our own products or services. When visiting our website, a Google cookie remarketing file is automatically left on your device, which with the help identifier (ID) and based on the pages you visit allows you to display interest-based advertising. Further processing of the information takes place only if you have given your consent to Google to link your browsing history and use of the application with your account and to use the information from your Google account to personalize the advertisements displayed on websites. If in this case you will be logged in when visiting the Voucherify website on Google, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define lists of target groups for remarketing purposes on various devices. When using Google Ads, we do not collect any data that would allow your identification. Our company uses collected data (such as email addresses) to perform dedicated campaigns. In order to use Google Ads, we have implemented a special Google Ads conversion pixel in the code of our website. The pixel uses Google LLC cookies for the Google Ads service. 4.2.2 LinkedIn Ads
We use LinkedIn advertising options to increase the relevancy of the ads being displayed to you. Estimation of advertisements that may be of interest to a user is made by check in the past browsing behavior of a user based on a cookie stored by the user’s web browser, and by assigning the user to one or more categories. Information collected through ads is also used for subsequent use in targeting or re-marketing. The usage data may include information such as the number of users displaying our advertisements, along with the number of impressions and clicks they generated, data of the effectiveness of our advertisements, including categories and profiles, to which users have been assigned, technical data of users’ web browsers and operating systems, regional settings and approximate location, anonymized IP addresses. 4.2.3 Facebook Ads
We use marketing and analytical tools available on Facebook. The provider of these tools is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest, consisting of marketing our own products or services, as well as analysis and statistics. In order to send you personalized ads in terms of your behavior on our website, we have implemented Facebook Pixel as part of our website, which automatically collects information about your use of our website in terms of pages viewed. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. The information collected as part of Facebook's Pixel is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you. Facebook Insights may also provide us with more information about you, but this is never information that would allow us to identify you. However, we would like to inform you that Facebook may combine the collected information with other information collected about you as part of your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing and you can search for information about them directly on Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. 4.3.1 Stripe
We use Stripe provided by Stripe, Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd South San Francisco, CA 94080 United States) to handle online payments. Stripe uses cookies to ensure that the site works properly, detect and prevent fraud, and understand how people interact with Stripe. 4.4 Other
4.4.1 LinkedIn
Our website continues to use the Share feature of the LinkedIn network, provided by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. By displaying our website with such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of social network administrators (service providers). The plugin's content is transferred by the given service provider directly to your browser and integrated with the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed on the website, even if you do not have a profile with a given service provider or are not logged in at the moment. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you have logged in to one of the social networking sites, this service provider will be able to directly assign a visit to my website to your profile on a given social networking site. If you use a given plug-in, for example by clicking on the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on a given social network and will appear to people added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard, and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the Privacy Policy for LinkedIn.
4.4.2 YouTube
We embed content from external websites on our website, in particular videos from YouTube. Therefore, Google LLC cookies related to the YouTube service are used. By playing a video or reading other embedded material, Google receives information about it, even if you do not have a profile with a given service provider or are not logged in at the moment. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you have logged in to the website of a given service provider, this service provider will be able to directly assign a visit to our website to your profile on a given social network. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policy of individual service providers. If you do not want service providers to assign data collected during video playback or reading other content on our website directly to your profile on a given website, you must log out of this website before visiting our website. We embed content from the Vimeo service as well. Vimeo is a video content visualization service provided by Vimeo, LLC that allows this Website to incorporate content of this kind on its pages. By playing a video Vimeo receives information about it, even if you do not have a profile on their platform or are not logged in at the moment. Vimeo collects such data as IP address and technical information about the device, The purpose, and scope of data collection and their further processing and use are to customize your experience, perform marketing actions, and protect your information. 4.4.4 Help Scout
We use Help Scout provided by Help Scout PBC, 177 Huntington Ave Ste 1703, Boston, Massachusetts, 02115, United States as a communication tool for customer service purposes. By filling in the contact form, or contacting the customer service via our website, which requires the usage of Help Scout, you agree with the terms and conditions. 4.4.5 Hubspot
We use the HubSpot sales and marketing software of the American company Hubspot Inc., 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, by which we cover different aspects of our digital marketing, sales and customer relation management. Furthermore we use the tool for analytical purposes in order to optimize it and to offer you the best possible and user-friendly service. Main tasks are: contact forms, subscription to the newsletter and sending the newsletter, landing pages which are used as part of an advertising campaign and contain interaction possibilities such as contacting or download of white papers, evaluating the usage of our web pages (e.g. access, pages visited, dwelling time, etc.) as well as for evaluating the usage of our newsletter (opening rate, click rate, unsubscribe, etc.)
The contents of our web pages as well as your personal data which you provide, e.g. when using our contact form or subscribing to our newsletter, are stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot. Hubspot also uses “cookies” which allow us to analyze your usage of the website. The information gathered (e.g. IP address, geographical location, type of browser, duration of the visit and pages viewed) is evaluated by Hubspot on our behalf. If you do not want Hubspot to record your activities, you can deny it in the cookie message appearing during the first visit to our pages. 4.4.6 Enable.us
We use Enable.us software, provided by Enable.us 2201 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, for prospecting and Sales Content Management activities. We also use the tool for analytical purposes, to design the service in the best way possible. We mainly use Enable.us to build a dedicated, password-protected space to exchange information, enable discussions, analyze behavious. The information that may be provided through Enable.us portal, as well as usage details, are stored on Enable.us servers. 4.4.7 Smartlook
We use Smartlook, part of Cisco, provided by Smartlook.com, s.r.o. registered at Sumavska 524/31, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, as a tool to identify breakpoints and glitches in the website with the aim of enhancing the user experience (UX). The data collected by Smartlook enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.
Smartlook uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior. Smartlook will track your dashboard and website usage, ensuring all PII data is in an anonymized form. 5. Information
- Upon request, Voucherify shall provide you with the information on the stored Personal Data relating to your person, free of charge and without delay. The information can be provided electronically, if desired. You shall also have the right to control the processing of the personal data referring to you included in Voucherify's data sets, in particular to remove the collected personal data referring to you both from the system belonging to Voucherify and from bases of entities which have co-operated with Voucherify, to restrict the processing of data and the right to portability of the personal data collected by Voucherify and referring to you, in this to receive them in a structured form, to file a complaint to the supervising body if you find that your data are processed in violation of the law, and to lodge legal remedies before a court against the supervising body and the entity committing the violations.
- Voucherify additionally applies within the Website all necessary technical measures as specified in Articles 25, 30, 32–34, 35–39 of GDPR, providing for enhanced protection and security of the processing of Clients’ personal data.
- The use of the Website proceeds in secure https connection. The communication between a User’s device and the servers is encoded by means of the SSL protocol. In the case of logging through external platforms facebook.com or google.com and twitter.com the level of security is prescribed by https://facebook.com/privacy/explanation and https://privacy.google.com/your-security.html, https://twitter.com/en/privacy.
6. Cookies & Web-tracking
- Voucherify makes use of cookies to provide its Users with a customised product/service through identifying unique visitors and their respective usage patterns. Cookies are identifiers placed on a User’s hard drive by the server and allow Voucherify to streamline its products to better suit Users’ needs.
- You may enable the storing of Third-Party Cookies on your device at any time in line with the instructions of the browser producer. Failure to enable the Third-Party Cookies shall not cause lack of availability of the Website, in its entirety or in part, for you.
- As you navigate the Voucherify's Websites, Voucherify may also process Usage Data through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Voucherify's Websites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).
7. Use of log files
- Voucherify uses log files to process Usage Data. However, none of the information stored in our log files, including but not limited to IP addresses, is linked to personally identifiable information.
- At Voucherify we collect aggregate traffic statistics, internet protocol addresses, browser types, and internet service providers (ISP) using log files. Traffic statistics include, but are not limited to: referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, clicking patterns and click through rates. These data are used to streamline the User experience, improve the products and services provided to Users on the Voucherify Website. All of this information is only used in the aggregate.
8. Your rights under the GDPR
You can assert the following rights against Voucherify within the framework of the GDPR with regard to your personal data:
- Your right of access and copy pursuant to Article 15 GDPR.
- Your right to rectification pursuant to Article 16 GDPR.
- Your right to erasure pursuant to Article 17 GDPR.
- Your right to restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR.
- Your right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.
You also have the right to appeal to the competent data protection supervisory authority either at the place where you reside or at our seat of business.
In addition to your right to withdraw your consent at any time and your right to object to any data processing conducted for the purpose of direct marketing you can also object to any processing conducted on the basis of Article 6 (1) lit. f) for reasons arising from your particular situation.
9. Third-country Transfers
- We do not transmit your Personal Data to any third parties located in countries outside the EEA without implementing appropriate safeguards. Where your Personal Data is, for technical reasons, transferred to a country outside the EEA (a so-called "Third Country"), in all cases, we will ensure that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed at all times. We make sure so-called EU standard contract clauses are included in our contracts with data recipients in order to guarantee at all times the security of the processing and an appropriate level of data protection.
10. Legal obligations
- You are neither contractually nor otherwise obliged to provide us with the Personal Data specified in this Privacy Policy. However, the transmission of the Personal Data provided by you to us is a basic prerequisite for concluding a contract with us and for the effective use of the services and functionalities on our Website.
