But with growth came complexity – and their lean growth team needed a better way to launch, manage, and personalize offers at scale.

As Connexin grew, so did the complexity of its broadband products. Different speeds, contract lengths, network types, and add-ons made pricing and promotions increasingly difficult to manage.
Before Voucherify, creating or adjusting offers meant manual work and developer time. There was no easy way to apply promotions to specific SKUs or tailor offers by location – let alone target individual households. Connexin needed a way to streamline this process, reduce internal friction, and deliver truly personalized offers at scale.
Personalized offers, built faster with fewer resources
To solve this, Connexin integrated Voucherify into their tech stack. This enabled their team to build, manage, and personalize promotions directly from their internal product system – without needing engineering support for every update.
Voucherify’s SKU-level promotion engine gave Connexin full control over pricing and offer logic. Products built in their system automatically synced to Voucherify, enabling real-time targeting and testing of new offers.
To streamline data flow, Connexin also connected Voucherify with Chargebee, their billing platform and source of truth for customer and sales data. This integration ensures that all pricing and promotional logic remains consistent across systems, without duplicating effort or risking mismatches.
With postcode-level granularity, Connexin could now target offers down to individual addresses or buildings – a major leap from the blanket offers of the past. Customers only saw offers relevant to their location, and personalized pricing was applied automatically.

Solution
Automated offer redemption across every touchpoint
To support field reps, call center agents, and customer service teams, Connexin built a white-labeled portal on top of Voucherify APIs. This interface allowed internal teams to access and apply targeted offers on the spot, creating a unified experience across every customer interaction – online and offline.
Customers could also redeem promotions through Connexin’s website, where only offers available to their postcode were displayed. The entire journey, from creation to redemption, was automated and personalized. Voucherify saved Connexin a significant amount of time in building and managing promotions. What used to take days to develop is now completed in minutes, with Connexin reducing the time spent on creating new promotions and discounted contracts by a whooping 80%.
With personalization and efficiency now embedded in their growth playbook, Connexin is exploring new opportunities like referrals and loyalty programs. Thanks to Voucherify’s flexibility, they’re confident these features can be added without overloading their development team.
