What are Redemptions and Messages?

The Redemption reflects a single use of a code. Depending on your promo scenario, one coupon can be used once, X number of times or an unlimited number of times. The number of redemptions is equal to the number of the redeem endpoint callouts (API).

With Voucherify, you can automatically deliver promo codes to customers via email, SMS, push notifications, MailChimp and more. A Message accounts for a single code sent by Voucherify through one of the distribution channels.

Is there a trial?

Yes, we offer a full-featured free trial for 30 days. No credit card required, so you won't be charged until you are ready to buy.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, our paid plans operate on a monthly schedule and can be canceled or up-/downgraded at any time for the following monthly invoice cycle.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Go to the Team Settings in the Dashboard to cancel your account or contact our support to proceed. When you cancel your account, your data is stored for at least 3 months to give you enough time to download it. After this period your account will be permanently removed.

What happens when I hit my space limits?

If you exceed any of your limits defined by a particular pricing plan, we'll let your requests in and send you a friendly reminder about the upgrade. However, if you exceed the limits for several weeks, we may take corrective action, including throttling the API, temporarily suspending or terminating your account.

Do you offer SLAs?

Yes, we offer SLAs for our Enterprise-grade customers.

What are Projects and Users?

Project is a collection of Campaigns with shared Project Settings (e.g., timezone, currency, API endpoint). Users are team members that you can collaborate with. After account confirmation, new Users can be granted access to Projects. Each user's activity is tracked and can be seen in the Audit Logs. You can define which Users have access to separate Projects.

What is a dedicated infrastructure?

If you need faster response time, custom limits and custom implementation, you should consider the option of having a dedicated AWS cluster with constant monitoring to easily handle spikes in traffic and massive quantities of data.

Do you offer a wire transfer as a payment method?

Yes, we offer wire transfers, but only for Enterprise plans. We also offer other financial agreements customization options. If you are interested in learning more, drop us a line.

How can I update my plan?

The process of upgrading or downgrading your account is pretty simple. Just follow these 3 simple steps:

  • Visit the billing section in your Account (Team) Settings.
  • Select a plan.
  • Fill out the credit card form and company details and create a subscription.

Do you offer any discounts for self-service plans?

No, we do not offer discounts on pricing plans, however, we offer free plans for non-profit, academic, or open-source projects.

What kind of payments do you accept?
