What is an API call?
An API lets two systems talk. Your app requests data or actions from Voucherify (e.g., code redemption) and gets a real-time response.
How does Voucherify pricing work?
Pricing is primarily based on API usage and the number of projects. Enterprise plans can add SLAs, dedicated hosting, support, and security options.
Does Voucherify offer a free trial?
Yes. There is a 60-day free trial with access to all campaign modules.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You can choose a paid plan or request an extension. If no plan is selected, API access is blocked until you pick one.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover). Wire transfers may be available for Enterprise.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
API requests may be throttled or temporarily suspended. You can upgrade or purchase temporary API packages.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime; charges are prorated to the new billing period.
Can I temporarily increase API limits?
Yes. Buy hourly/minute or monthly API packages from the Dashboard; they apply for 30 days.
