API is a form of code that lets two software programs communicate with each other in an understandable way.
Your system calls Voucherify to access some data or perform an action, such as a code redemption. This exchange is based on requests and responses, just like people communicate through questions and answers.
Following the API-first industry standard, Voucherify charges you primarily for the API usage (per month and per hour). We also take the number of projects into consideration. Enterprise clients may require customizable SLAs, dedicated support, individual infrastructure, and additional security options which are calculated separately. For more information, contact our team.
Yes, all plans start with a full-featured and prolongable free trial for 30 days. No credit card is required, so you won't be charged until you are ready to buy. Even if you ultimately decide on a free plan, it will also start with a 30-day trial.
We are going to inform you about trial expiration by email. Depending on your needs, you may start a paid or free plan or ask for the trial extension. If you are interested in the Enterprise plan, contact our team. Note that if you do not select a plan after the trial ends, the access to API will be blocked.
The process is self-service, follow these steps:
No, if you decide to use the free plan you do not need to provide the credit card information.
We accept credit card payments, namely:
In special cases, we also offer wire transfers for the Enterprise customers.
You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Go to the Team Settings in the Dashboard to cancel your account or contact our support to proceed. When you cancel your account, your data is stored for at least 3 months to give you enough time to download it. After this period your account will be permanently removed.
The free plan has access to all features and campaign types, except for geofencing (that is only available to Enterprise clients). The limits on the free plan are based on the API usage and the number of projects and users:
No, there are no additional fees besides the subscription cost. However, if you need help with the integration and implementation of Voucherify, get in touch with Voucherify Professional Services or our Solution Partners.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. If you decide on a higher plan before the next billing cycle, you will be asked to pay the prorated fee. The next billing period will be calculated according to the next upgraded plan.
If you exceed hourly API limits defined by a particular pricing plan, we will take corrective action, including throttling the API, temporarily suspending or terminating your account. If you need higher limits, consider upgrading the account.
Yes, if you are still testing Voucherify or building a PoC, we’d be happy to prolong the trial or temporarily extend some of your limits.
If you need faster response time, custom limits, and advanced data security, you should consider the option of having a dedicated AWS cluster with constant monitoring to easily handle spikes in traffic and massive quantities of data. Contact our team to learn more.
