Measure what every discount really earned

Every promo leaks a little: to people who’d buy anyway, to deal sites, to poor stacking. Voucherify shows what each incentive cost, who used it, and what it brought back, so you can find the leak before finance does.

How big is your leak?

Promos don’t fail loudly, they bleed quietly. Run your numbers and see how much margin walks out the door every month.

Monthly leak
€24,000lost to discounts that didn’t change a thing
50%of your margin goes to the discount on every promo order
750extra full-price orders a month just to earn the leak back

Relax, I’ve seen worse. Not much worse, but worse.

Tell a winning incentive from a giveaway

Redemptions tell you who used the code. Voucherify shows what it cost, who used it, and under which rule, so you can see which incentives earned and which just handed out margin.

See what every incentive cost

Discount value, redemptions and budget burn for every campaign, so when finance asks "what did that cost us?", you answer before they finish the sentence.

Find out who’s really redeeming

Break redemptions down by segment, channel and market. If your “new customer” code is mostly loved by loyal regulars, you’ll find out here, not in next quarter’s review.

Ask Vincent what actually worked

Ask which offers earned and which just burned. Vincent reads the results, compares campaigns, segments and markets, and tells you what to try next.

Put promo data where finance already looks

Send redemptions, costs and campaign data to Snowflake or Databricks and join them with your orders. Run your own incrementality and attribution models on one source of truth.

Chat message asking how last month's promos performed, displayed above a summary of three promotions: WELCOME10 with €18.4k revenue labeled Earning, FREESHIP50 with €9.1k revenue labeled Earning, and SPRING20 with €6.3k in discounts labeled Burning. A suggestion below reads: Next try SPRING15, new customers only. Your regulars were buying anyway. Two buttons below say Set it up and Show me why. A blue round character with a 'V' on its face sparkles at the bottom right.

Ask your data in whatever chat you like

Talk to Vincent or connect our MCP server to the AI assistant your team already uses. Either way, "how did last month's promos do?" gets an answer in seconds.

Know what the competition is offering

Vincent keeps an eye on what other brands are running, so you can tell whether your 20% is generous, average or just unnecessary.

Treat every discount like the money it is

Every rule change, budget edit and new campaign is logged with a name and a timestamp. Add approvals for anything above a set limit, so a 50% code doesn’t go live because someone was feeling generous.

Spot a leaked code before it trends

Sudden spikes, the same accounts redeeming again and again, codes turning up in odd channels: you see it as it happens. Cap it, block it or shut it down before it hits the deal sites.

Your next post-mortem starts with a prompt

Ask Vincent how your promos actually did. He reads the redemptions, costs and segments, spots what earned and what burned, and tells you where the margin went.

FAQs

Incentive Analytics

What is incentive analytics?
It’s how you find out what your promotions, loyalty and referral programs actually did: what each incentive cost, who used it, and what it brought back. Redemptions tell you a code was used. Analytics tells you whether that was a good idea.
What’s the difference between redemptions and results?
Redemptions count who used a code. Results count what changed because of it: new orders, bigger baskets, customers who came back. Voucherify shows cost, usage and context for every incentive; put that next to your order data to see the difference.
Can Voucherify measure incrementality?
Voucherify gives you the promo side of the picture: who got which offer, who redeemed it, and what it cost. Incrementality comes from comparing that with how customers buy without the offer, usually in your warehouse or BI tool. The free incrementality calculator on marginmaxx walks you through the maths.
Can I see the ROI of each campaign?
You’ll see the cost side directly: discount value, redemptions and budget used per campaign. For full ROI, send that data to your warehouse or BI tool and join it with revenue. Or ask Vincent which campaigns earned and which just burned.
Does it work with Snowflake, Databricks or my BI tool?
Yes. Export campaign, redemption and cost data via the API, webhooks or Kafka, and bring audiences in from your warehouse with reverse-ETL tools like Hightouch. Promo data ends up next to your orders, where finance already looks.
How do I spot a leaked or abused code?
Watch redemptions in real time by code, channel and customer. Sudden spikes and repeat redeemers stand out quickly, and budget caps, per-customer limits and validation rules stop the damage before it spreads.

Are you optimizing incentives or just running them?
