Q2 was a big delivery quarter: New loyalty features keep rolling out, the formula builder got a complete overhaul, and Vincent picked up its first external connectors.
For the full list, check the changelog.
If writing discount formulas has ever felt like defusing a bomb (one wrong bracket and nothing works), this update is for you.
The formula editor is now inline (no more pop-up dialog), expands as you type, and autocompletes variable names, metadata fields, and functions. More importantly, it comes with a set of ready-made templates for the most common formula patterns. Pick one that's close to what you need, tweak it, done.

For anything more complex, there's now a visual tree view. If your formula has nested IF or SWITCH logic, you can open it as an interactive graph that shows each branch clearly, stays in sync with the text as you edit, and makes it obvious which condition covers which case.
The new Examine endpoint runs a dry-run estimation of how many points a member would earn from a given event, without touching any balances. Think of it as a preview mode for your earning rules.

Three things you can do with it that you couldn't easily do before:

Vincent now reads from both Braze and Bloomreach, which changes what it can factor into incentive decisions.
With the Braze connector, Vincent can pull engagement data (open rates, click rates, campaign performance) and combine it with your promo analytics.
With Bloomreach, Vincent can work with your Bloomreach segments directly. Instead of recreating audience definitions in Voucherify, you can point Vincent at an existing Bloomreach segment and use it as the basis for a campaign or earning rule.
Both connectors are read-only for now. As always, any change Vincent proposes requires explicit approval before it runs.
The updated loyalty module will keep expanding:
On the connectivity side:
This quarter, we wrote some stuff you might find interesting:
The global chauffeur service (500+ cities, acquired by Uber) was running incentives through an in-house system that couldn't handle car-class filtering, budget caps, or A/B testing.
With Voucherify and Braze, the CRM team built a consecutive journey mechanic: each completed booking unlocks the next incentive, pulling guests through a multi-step sequence rather than a one-off discount. Result: double-digit increase in average revenue per guest, 50% faster time to launch for new incentives.

The Canadian outdoor retailer runs 10+ campaign types simultaneously across two storefronts and 2.8 million SKUs. Altitude became the first live Vincent implementation, using it to generate compensation vouchers on the spot for customer support and to set up campaigns directly from a natural language brief.
Coupon generation that used to take 4 minutes now takes 1, campaign setup that needed a two-day engineering turnaround now takes minutes.
