With Q2 closed (and AI-generated everything taking over the internet), we’re keeping things human – by shipping real features you actually asked for.
From loyalty upgrades to sleek Dashboard look and juicy content, our teams have been busy making sure your promotions stack doesn’t crash harder than the latest trending LLM.
Check out our Release Notes for everything we’ve rolled out lately. Got a wishlist item? Drop it on our collaborative roadmap.
First announced in Q1, our new pending points feature is now out of beta and ready for everyone.
You can now delay point activation until after return or cancellation windows, giving you tighter control over loyalty rewards. Customers see pending points in their wallets, and you manage it all via API through a dedicated endpoint for balance updates. For end-to-end support, pending points updates were also added as a Distribution and webhook triggers.
Need a quick way to measure how your promotions are actually performing?
We’ve just released a new Campaign Summary API endpoint, which provides a consolidated overview of campaign performance. It returns key metrics such as:
The Campaign Summary endpoint is designed to simplify reporting and reduce the need for multiple API calls when monitoring campaign activity. You can use it to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, or feed internal analytics systems.

Note: The endpoint is only supported for campaigns created after the v20250602 release. For older campaigns, the response will be empty.
You can now configure custom point expiration rules for individual loyalty earning rules. This update allows better control over how long points remain valid based on the context in which they were earned. If no specific expiration is set at the earning rule level, the campaign-level expiration will be used as a fallback. Expiration rules can be configured via the Campaign Builder or directly through the API.
Here are some ideas on how to use it:
This update gives you more flexibility to align loyalty program behavior with marketing and financial goals while minimizing liability from unused points.

As part of our ongoing effort to revamp the Voucherify Dashboard in 2025, we’ve continued rolling out UI improvements – from cleaner buttons to smarter pop-ups and fewer new tabs.
In Q2, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new experience for managing metadata. The updated layout gives you a clear overview of all metadata definitions and lets you add, edit, or remove them seamlessly in a single view using side drawers.

If you're a Voucherify power user and want to help shape the future of the Dashboard, we’d love your feedback, reach out at marketing@voucherify.io.
Looking ahead to Q3 2025, we’re excited to bring more improvements:
We’re super happy to welcome three awesome tech vendors into our inner circle – Kuona, Brame and Odicci.
Kuona provides AI-driven SaaS solutions that help retailers optimize pricing, promotions, and trade investments. The platform delivers real-time insights to improve revenue growth, forecast demand, and allocate promotional spend more effectively.
Brame is a DACH-focused gamification software which lets brands quickly create and launch interactive campaigns such as scratch cards, quizzes, and "Hit the Target" games, all without any coding or design skills.
Odicci is a gamification software built for ecommerce brands. Companies use Odicci to create, test and measure engaging interactive experiences like product finders, quizzes, personality tests, reveal marketing, games, refer a friend and more.
In Q2 2025, we hit a major milestone – Voucherify has been recognized as a Representative Vendor in Gartner's 2025 Market Guide for Loyalty Program Vendors. This huge recognition reflects Voucherify's commitment to building a flexible, dev-friendly Promotion Engine that lets teams go to market fast with personalized promotions and loyalty programs at scale. One major lesson? If there’s a bold product vision, you can do some fantastic things even without huge investors and bloated teams.
