Q1 brings loads of exciting product updates and some of the biggest releases we've done so far! From launching Vincent to a compelete overhaul of our loyalty module.
Here’s what’s new. For the full list, check the changelog.
In Q1, we started rolling out Vincent, an AI agent that sits on top of Voucherify and turns natural language into real campaign actions. Describe what you need, and Vincent handles the configuration: set up a BOGO campaign, run an A/B test on welcome incentives, validate a campaign before launch, audit your metadata schema.
But campaign management and data analysis are just the starting point. We're building Vincent as a connective layer that gets more useful the more systems it can talk to. Competitive intelligence is already in the mix: Vincent can pull external market data, spot what competitors are running, and draft a response campaign in Voucherify. Next up: deeper integrations with CEP platforms, analytics tools, and other parts of the stack. The goal is an agent that doesn't just act on what you tell it, but reacts to what's happening across your ecosystem and proposes the right incentive move before you have to ask.

You've been waiting long for this one! You can now move campaigns between projects within the same cluster.
Instead of rebuilding setups from scratch, you can take what already works and reuse it where you need it.
It’s a small change, but it removes a lot of repetitive work.
We expanded validation rules so you can control exactly how incentives behave, without workarounds or duplicate setups. You can now:
1. Protect margin after discounts
2. Control campaign pressure over time
3. Throttle specific incentives
4. Control usage at the customer level
5. Control usage across a campaign

Stacking rules and categories have been reworked to make them easier to configure and understand.
You can now:
The biggest change is visibility. You no longer have to test multiple scenarios to understand how incentives behave together – the categories are neatly laid out for you allowing you to see at a glance how they interact and move campaigns freely between categories via convenient drag-and-drop options.

You can now import product collections using CSV. This makes it much easier to work with large catalogs and set up campaigns at scale.
No more manual setup for hundreds or thousands of products, unless that's your jam!
Most loyalty programs share the same structural problem. They were built around a single point balance, a fixed earning model, and a tier structure that assumes every business works the same way. When you want to do something even slightly creative, like reward non-purchase behavior or run multiple currencies in one program, you hit walls fast.
That's why we rebuilt loyalty from the ground up. Not a feature update. The first version ships in May. Here are some highlights:

Q2 is shaping up to be a busy one as we double down on Vincent, loyalty, and everything around faster, smarter incentives. We’ll be out meeting teams, sharing what we’re building, and seeing how others are pushing the space forward.
We’re headlining MACH X, our biggest event this year, and a key moment for everything we’ve been building around Vincent. If you’ve been following Vincent, this is where it all comes together. We’ll be showing it live.
Join the MACH community in Toronto to explore how AI is reshaping digital experiences. We’re coming in full force, unveiling our biggest product innovation yet.
