Segment Integration

Segment is a Customer Data Infrastructure. Thanks to single API, Segment users can collect, store, analyze, and act on customer data coming from 300+ available integrations. 

With Voucherify and Segment, your business will quickly transfer customer data from Segment to Voucherify. We save this data as custom events. You can use them later to segment your audience or create validation rules that restrict incentive redemptions.

Segment Integration

Brightpearl Partnership

Brightpearl is a retail operations platform that helps businesses all over the world automate retail processes and design omni-channel customer experiences.

In March 2020, Voucherify became a part of Brightpearl. Now you don’t even need a Voucherify account as our robust promotion building blocks will be available in your Brightpearl account. This means that you can quickly implement promotions right in your online and offline POS

Here’s what you can achieve with Voucherify in Brightpearl:

  • Build Voucherify promotions in Brightpearl and implement them in your POS. 
  • Let customers buy and redeem gift cards.
  • Allow customers to receive compensation on their gift cards instead of cash.
  • Enable customers to track their loyalty score online and offline, e.g. via a receipt. 
  • Allow the store staff to look up and update the loyalty information of customers.
  • And more.

Shopify Integration – Coming Soon

Shopify is one of the most popular e-commerce providers out there. We wanted to meet our customers’ expectations and a Voucherify plug-in for Shopify is currently in the works. With this integration, you will be able to use Voucherify promotions in your Shopify store

You will also:

  • Be able to transfer data from Shopify and use it for building earning rules in loyalty programs and segmenting customers for distribution and coupon validation rules.
  • Forward any customer's activity which might be tracked in Shopify straight to Voucherify. 
  • Synchronize all existing records and all new saved/updated objects
