Imagine this scenario: a loyalty member receives a message asking if they’d like to check their points balance. They reply “POINTS,” and seconds later, they get a message back with their up-to-date balance and a friendly nudge to redeem. No app login, no waiting, no confusion.

How to build it?


  • Set up a loyalty program in Voucherify – your structure can include tiers, custom attributes, and even time-based multipliers.
  • Create a messaging flow in Infobib – use Infobip’s drag-and-drop flow builder to send a message to your loyalty base. 
  • Detect keywords and trigger logic – Infobip listens for specific replies. When “POINTS” is detected, it triggers a webhook to Voucherify’s API.
  • Query the customer’s balance – With the loyalty card ID passed from Infobip, Voucherify retrieves the current points balance and sends it back as a personalized message.

  • CRM or Loyalty Ops teams – they define the message logic: when to prompt members, what keyword to listen for, and how the reply should be structured. They also configure the message flow in Infobip’s Flow Builder and set up basic reporting to track interaction rates.
  • Developers (optional) – handle the Voucherify API calls within Infobip’s Call API block. They map the response data (e.g. loyalty points balance) into the return message and ensure the customer ID or card reference is passed correctly.

Time to deploy:


Expect about 2–4 hours to get your first keyword-triggered loyalty balance workflow up and running. After launch, cloning and reusing flows is instant.
